What to wear? Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Stretchy pants or
sweats, or a long, full, comfortable skirt with a simple scarf around the hips, a
short top or tank top (bare stomach optional) and bare feet.
Introduction to Belly dance
In the introduction class I will teach the foundations of Egyptian belly dance, posture and dance
technique. I will also discuss some music and styles of dance.  
Beginner l
In this class an overview of what was learned in "Introduction to Belly Dance" will be reviewed.
Combinations and travelling steps will be introduced .
At the end of every course, a choreography can be performed (optional).
Beginner ll
In this class, we will take the moves from the previous class and combine them with layering
and some isolation moves. I will continue to teach body awareness, posture, dance technique
and isolations.
At the end of every course, a choreography can be performed (optional).
Intermediate
In this class I will teach you how to rub your belly while patting your head.  In other words, we
will be layering like crazy.
At the end of every course, a choreography can be performed (optional)..
Private Lessons
Not quite ready for group classes? Want more focus on individual instruction? I am available by
appointment for private instruction. If you would like to make arrangements for small groups,
extra students pay a nominal fee above the basic hourly rate (limit 3).
